Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Saint Croix packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
